Another delicious smoothie recipe! I’ve been doing a lot of smoothies lately because they work great as meal replacements and are packed with all the good things your body requires. This particular one is not quite diet friendly because of its high calorie count due to bananas, but it does have a good amount of protein from the peanut butter. I used Kraft’s light and smooth peanut butter for my smoothie. Comparing the light version from the original, it’s really a 10 calories difference per tablespoon. I picked this one because it was on sale. That’s my story lol.

If you’re going for the health benefits, use an all natural peanut butter and reduce the amount of bananas from two to a half. Just like other smoothie recipes, this too is simply blending all the ingredients together. The ingredients are similar to the Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie, but this one is a whole new world of awesome!  To make banana peanut butter smoothie, simply blend together bananas, peanut butter, honey (optional), ice, milk and chocolate chips.

That’s it! That’s all! You’re done! :D [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:40]
