super-easy-kraft-peanut-butter-cookiesThis is by far the easiest recipe I’ve ever come across! Just perfect to quickly take care of a late night cookie craving (only if you like peanut butter). Now because it was late and I couldn’t find anything worthy of satisfying my sweet tooth, I had to go digging into my cabinet for anything sweet. In the most desperate of times, a heaven sent peanut butter jar caught my eye with a peanut butter cookie recipe printed on its label! I mean this wasn’t the first time I’ve seen it on there, but previously I’ve always been about trying out complicated recipes, so I never really paid much attention to this super simple recipe. So little ingredients, but so full of flavor (peanut butter-y of course)! My first batch of cookies were all just plain peanut butter cookies, so I decided to add a little jazz to my next batch. Peanut butter cookies just get better with chocolate! I could have just dipped them in chocolate, but that would’ve been too much work for me to do so late in the evening lol. I threw some chocolate chips on there to make up for my lack of motivation on dipping them in chocolate. While I was doing that, I decided to put some colored sugar on some of them and sprinkles on the rest. Now that I’m blogging about how lazy I was being, I feel terrible about it! And the only way to get rid of my guilt is by dipping those cookies in chocolate! Since I’m not exactly going to lose my sleep over this guilt, I’ll just make them tomorrow and upload the picture then. So that was my story! And here is the recipe just as it is on the jar.
